Sorry, Toots, you can't make me responsible for your "dysphoria."  Gendering isn't something  that's easy to do in English.  And it's really bad manners on your part to go around instructing other people in what you want them to call you.  If I "misgender" you, indulge me—Pretend you didn't hear me.  I'll pretend you don't exist. Which is easy for me because I don't think, really, that you do exist. The difference between you and a drag queen is that when I call one of those glamorous creatures "Ma'am" or "Mademoiselle," he knows I'm kidding.
