Putin, as we see him in the many videos in which he appears,

is not a creep. Look at the historic competition--he's not a monster. Still, there was Chechne....

Here, we guessed, the new Czar, if he was a czar, would have to turn financial and informational dominance into crushing military dominance of internal violent rebellion. And he did--beginning, I think, with horrid false-flag apartment-bombings (his own people, innocents). And then, apparently, descending on poor Chechne, who after all had it coming, supposedly, because of the apartment bombings....                 

So things go black for a couple of decades. Chechne is now a remarkably peaceful, relaxed but quirkily Islamic little oblast, inviting for appreciative tourists. And then there is the Wagner Group. Apparently, Czars need Cossacks.
