Who do I love? Gina Pettiti, with my whole heart.

I just watched a couple of her cooking videos--(1) how to can a year's worth of tomatoes, and (2) how to make, from scratch, an Italian sponge cake, which I think my grandma (paternal or maternal) would have called a basic Angel Food cake--and I am both edified and enchanted. This is how to do it when you're 84.
