Parents speak about their child being bitten by police dog

As I've recently said, dogs that bite should be destroyed, and dogs that are trained to bite should be destroyed before they bite someone. It follows, I think, that cops who train dogs to bite kids should be shot in the back of the head at close range (and their families obliged to pay for the bullets).
